At the Motoball the players race on motorcycles with up to 80 km/h over the field, clamp a huge leather ball between their boots and front wheel and try to score a goal. Goalkeeper Jerome Hahne of the 1st MSC Seelze is the only person - apart from the referee - without a motorcycle on the pitch. Ironically,, he is the only team member with a motorbike license. On the course, the two-stroke engines rattle like a horde of chainsaws. Already after a couple of minutes the field is covered in a big dust cloud.
